We created this free exhibition with every fashion student, enthusiast, and aspiring professional in mind to help them explore careers in fashion and experience what it’s like to be part of this incredible industry. Hosted during the vibrant Milan Fashion Week, the Glam Observer event was a place to connect with like-minded people passionate about the industry and have inspiring and warming fashion conversations.

Inside the rooms, our participants were able to discover behind-the-scenes of fashion careers and visualize themselves as fashion designers, editors, stylists, buyers, PR, and marketing professionals. Whether they already came with a role in mind or were undecided about which career to pursue, many shared that the exhibition gave them more clarity and confidence to make their fashion career dream-plan possible! Furthermore, the visitors got access to insightful career tips and free resources to expand their knowledge about the industry.

By the end of the exhibition, the visitors pinned their dream role and company on a fashion career mood board and took a moment to chat with the Glam Observer team, ask questions, and share our common passion for fashion. Aaand we prepared nice surprises and goodies as a memory of the event. Most of the attendees are part of our Glam Observer Fashion Academy community, so it was a joy to meet them in person!

We thank everyone who attended and followed the event. It was an honor to be a part of your journey as you step into the future of fashion. This is just the beginning 💖
