If you’ve been dreaming about starting your career at one of the most iconic luxury maisons in the world, this is one of those opportunities you don’t want to scroll past.
Louis Vuitton has officially launched the 4th edition of its HORIZONS Graduate Program, and it’s one of the most structured, empowering and career-focused graduate programs I’ve seen in luxury fashion in recent years.
I know how overwhelming it can feel at the beginning of your fashion career.
You might be finishing your studies, polishing your CV for the hundredth time, or wondering if you’re really “ready” to apply to a maison of this level. Programs like HORIZONS exist exactly for this reason: to bridge the gap between education and real fashion careers, while shaping the next generation of luxury leaders.
Let’s break everything down together so you can understand:
- and how to prepare strategically so you do not waste this opportunity
- what the Louis Vuitton HORIZONS Graduate Program really is
- which track could be right for you
- how the selection process works
What Is the Louis Vuitton HORIZONS Graduate Program?
The HORIZONS Graduate Program is Louis Vuitton’s global leadership program for young talents who want to grow inside the Maison and build a long-term career in luxury.
This is not a short internship.
This is a permanent contract with a structured development path, designed to accelerate your growth from graduate to future leader.
The program lasts 18 to 24 months, depending on the track, and is built around:
- tailored rotations across different teams
- exposure to senior leadership
- international and cross-functional experiences
- continuous learning, mentoring and networking
In simple words, Louis Vuitton is investing in you and preparing you to understand the business from the inside, not just your role.
And yes, that level of exposure is rare at the beginning of a fashion career.
The Three Louis Vuitton HORIZONS Programs: Retail, Operations and Product
Louis Vuitton offers the HORIZONS program across three main tracks, each one designed for a different career path.
