What do I think about the Konjac Sponge

Hello girls! It’s thursday so let’s talk about a new product : the Konjac Sponge

I’ve always been curious about this product and I’ve finally bought it and I tested it out for a month so today I can tell you what do I think about the Konjac Sponge .

The Konjac Sponge is made from 100% natural vegetable fibre that grows in Asia and it’s made to clean our face in a natural and gentle way . This sponge, in fact, eliminates the impurities of our skin leaving it smoothed and radiant .

My experience with the Konjac Sponge

You can use it with just water or also with a cleanser . I prefer to use it in the morning with just water and in the evening with a cleanser to remove my makeup (you can read the post about my 3 different ways to remove makeup here) and I can totally say that the konjac sponge remove more makeup than washing with your hands alone . I splash my face with warm water, then squeeze a few drops of cleanser directly onto the sponge(that needs to be wet well to become soft) and I massage it with circular motions focusing more on the T-zone to purify it perfectly . This circular massaging will stimulate tired skin and encourage skin renewal. Once I’ve finished cleansing,I rinse the sponge with warm water, squeeze out the excess water, and let it air dry.

The sponge it’s really soft so it may seem that it’s not acting on the skin but this is just one of its property , it has got a really gentle touch ( it’s perfect for sensitive skin) but it exfoliate the skin perfectly . I think that it has became my new best friend 😀

This is one of those products that I’m going to buy again and again ( we need to replace it every two to three months) , I’ve decided to add it to my beauty routine since I can really see the difference and I do truly prefer to use this natural sponge more than using just my hands because it cleanse more deeply .

So yes this is absolutely one of the best discoveries for my complexion, I’m really happy about it and I do truly recommend it to you!
