This entails securing strong product presentation, managing site administration and content planning, as well as leading online merchandising-related projects. It also includes driving our email marketing agenda.<\/p>\n<p>The Digital Commerce department manages the company\u2019s global e-commerce business as well as the development and execution of digital marketing and omni-channel strategies.<\/p>\n<p>You will be a part of a small team of merchandisers, reporting to our Global Online Merchandising Manager, and collaborate with many stakeholders across departments, to continuously develop the on-site experience for our customers.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining and developing great customer experiences on acnestudios.com, by managing the visual merchandising, feature pages and product category pages<\/li>\n<li>Continuously drive strong on-site performance through analyzing data and turning it into actions<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with creative and front-end teams to ensure strong content and visual execution<\/li>\n<li>Manage the site administration, such as product activation and categorization. Set up promotions and temporary categories<\/li>\n<li>Actively investigate and use best practice within merchandising to increase conversion rate, average order size and customer base<\/li>\n<li>Proactively support and improve our on-site A\/B testing agenda<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Acne Studios\u2019 global email marketing incl. content planning, writing copy, driving conversion improvements and securing alignment with global communication agenda<\/li>\n<li>Lead projects<\/li>\n<li>Perform ad hoc sales analyses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your background\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 years\u2019 experience in online visual merchandising<\/li>\n<li>A degree in Business Administration or similar<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, written and spoken<\/li>\n<li>Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of SFCC Business Manager and Qlikview is meriting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you need to succeed<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A strong ability to turn web data into merchandising actions<\/li>\n<li>A genuine interest in digital commerce and a good understanding of luxury fashion<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and numerical skills<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and action-oriented mindset<\/li>\n<li>A good team player<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>Visual competency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a full-time position, based at Acne Studios\u2019 HQ in central Stockholm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"sufixtext\">Acne Studios is a Stockholm based fashion house with a multi-disciplinary heritage. Through founder and Creative Director Jonny Johansson\u2019s interest in art, architecture and street culture, an alternative path has been found, turning Acne Studios into a well-respected creator of ready-to-wear for men and women. The collections are defined by Jonny Johansson\u2019s signature juxtaposing design and attention to detail, with an emphasis on tailoring and an eclectic use of materials and custom developed fabrics.<\/p>\n<p>Acne Studios is independently owned and has over 45 stores over the world including flagship stores in Paris, London, New York City, Los Angeles and Tokyo.
