Your 20 are maybe the best and the worst years of your all life (I will tell you if it’s true or not when I’ll turn 30 😀 ). It looks like that you have all the possibilities in  front of you so this is great, you can plan your future  BUT it is also hard to find your right path .
These are the years in which you graduate, you  have to find your first job, you move abroad, you’re searching for your own home . (OMG , it looks like so difficult )
How can we understand if all our decisions are the right ones? There is no magic formula and probably the best way to understand it is to try , to make mistakes (unless you are that girl that have in mind her perfect life since it was a little baby, congratulations to you girl! ) to try again and again .
Here there are some career and life tips for every 20-something girls like me
Try, fail and try again
I read a lot of stories of business women and almost everyone didn’t have an easy life in their twenties , they were fired from the first job but now have successful life ( Do you know that also Anna Wintour the editor-in-chief of Vogue was fired before Vogue? ) There are a lot of examples of successful women that at the beginning failed because they tried and they have became successful because they learnt a lot from the mistakes . So if you never try you will never know . Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, maybe they are the best thing that could happen to you, we can really learn a lot from them .
2. Find a mentor
Something that I’ve really read tons of time is to find a mentor .
There are 2 kind of mentors :
- A person that you admire in your life for his experience, for his successful life, for his personality ;
- A person that you admire because now have the job that you want to do in your future.
You can learn a lot from them both, you can learn about life from the first and you can learn how to get that job from the second .
3. Explore the world
Maybe you can think that traveling is a waist of time or a privilege because that means that you’re too lazy to find a job , But that it not completely true .
Lots of people do recommend to travel after the graduation  because this can really help you to open your mind and to learn from other cultures . Don’t you feel different as soon as you came back from a trip? You feel like you have learnt something new, you feel like you have growth interiorly .
The best thing you can do it’s to travel to learn a new language, to study abroad or for an internship in another country, this will really boost your experience and your resume .

4. Be a sponge
Try to assimilate the most you can. Everything in your life can teach you something that you will need in your future . Everything from what your parents say, from your current job, your internship or your school. The more you do the better it will be.
5. Stay motivated always
Try to not loose your motivation, you always need to be inspired from someone or something that can help you to focus and don’t waist time, don’t loose the inspiration that drives you every day to keep going. Believe in your dreams and try with all your forces to achieve them. Surely life is not easy and to get what you want you need to work hard, but if it’s really the thing that makes you happy, then rolled up your sleeves and hold on for a while, once you started everything will be better and better.
