Since when I started Glam Observer as just a fashion career blog in 2014, my mission has been to inspire, guide and help all the fashion enthusiasts turning their career dream into reality.
Over the years Glam Observer has supported those who want to start a career in fashion with career advice through a book, articles, podcasts, online courses and networking opportunities through the private FB group, in-person and online events.
Now we are taking things to the next level by giving our community the opportunity to have direct contact with companies in the industry not just by listening to the stories of people working there and meeting them online or in-person through our events, but by giving them career opportunities inside the industry.
This new project kicks off with Marie Claire UK that will pick 2 people among the Break into the fashion industry students and alumni for 2 (remote) full-time fashion internships in the e-commerce and editorial department.
I’m very excited to offer to my community this new kind of support and opportunities especially after a very tough year.
For the occasion, I’m going to do a LIVE mentorship session “Let’s get ready to apply for Marie Claire” on Tuesday 16th at 6 pm CET / 12 pm EST with all the students interested in applying for the internships at the fashion magazine to share best practices and answer any question!
All the students will find the details on how to submit their applications inside the Glam Observer Fashion Academy area with the link to register for the Zoom session on Tuesday (which will also be recorded for those who cannot attend it live).
