My beauty Routine : Clean the Face!

Oggi voglio condividere con voi la mia beauty routine!

Da sempre sono appassionata della cura della pelle, spinta dal desiderio di avere una pelle perfetta, qualche anno fa cercavo la crema miracolosa per combattere i brufoli.

Dopo averne provate centinaia, dalle marche più costose a quelle più basse, dalla farmacia a quelle naturali, ho fatto alcune visite ed ho scoperto che in realtà non era proprio la mia pelle che aveva problemi, ma avevo un problema ormonale, così una volta che la dottoressa mi prescrisse la pillola , il mio ciclo divenne regolare ed il mio viso quasi totalmente pulito!

Le macchie da cicatrice di acne erano le mie uniche nemiche ed i brufoli erano ormai lontani!

La pulizia è importantissima perché, lì dove non vi siano problemi interni, è l’unica cosa che vi garantisce una bella pelle.

Da un paio di mesi sono in pausa con la pillola per depurarmi un po’ da tutti gli ormoni 😀 e il mio ciclo ha riiniziato a fare cilecca e quindi qualche brufolo è ritornato, perciò mi sono dovuta riattivare ed usare prodotti appositi.

Ho deciso di provare i prodotti Sephora, ecco quindi la mia routine quotidiana :

MATTINO:

1. Lavo il viso con il detergente Sephora che purifica con le setole in silicone ed idrata

2. Crema idratante anti-imperfezioni e opacizzante Sephora

SERA

1. Struccante occhi bifasico Sephora

2.Struccante Viso Acqua Micellare struccante Sephora

3. Completo la pulizia con il detergente Sephora ( preferisco sempre usare un prodotto a risciacquo dopo che mi strucco per levare via le ultime tracce)

4. Crema idratante anti-imperfezioni e opacizzante Sephora

Come si nota dalla foto, il tutto è marcato Sephora ( e non perché me li hanno regalati o perché mi pagano per parlarne 😀 ) semplicemente perché curiosa ho deciso di provare questi 2 nuovi prodotti, mentre dei 2 struccanti sono ormai fan da tempo!

La mia routine cambia spesso in base alle esigenze della pelle e anche perché mi piace sperimentare nuovi prodotti, questa è quella che uso da un paio di settimane e la mia pelle risulta davvero pulita e senza tracce di trucco la sera!

Today I will share with you my beauty routine!
I have always been passionate about skin care and pushed by the desire to have perfect skin, a few years ago I was looking for the miracle cream to fight pimples.

After having tried hundreds, from the most expensive brands in the lower ones, from the pharmacy to the natural ones, I had a few medical visits and I discovered that in fact it was not just my skin that had problems, but I had a hormonal problem, so once the doctor prescribed me the contraceptive pill, my menses became regular and my face almost totally clean!

The acne spots were my only enemy and the pimples were long gone!
Cleanliness is very important because there where there are no internal problems, it is the only thing that will guarantee you a beautiful skin.
Now I’ve stopped taking the pill to purify from all the hormones, and my menses has started again to misfire and then some pimple is back, so I had to wake up and use specific products.

I decided to try these products so here’s my daily routine:

MORNING:
1. I wash my face with the cleansing gel & exfoliating brush from Sephora that cleans and moisturize
2. Moisturizer Anti-blemish mattifying face cream from Sephora

EVENING
1. Waterproof eye makeup remover
2. Cleansing Water Sephora for the Face

3. I wash my face with the cleansing gel & exfoliating brush from Sephora

4. Moisturizer Anti-blemish mattifying face cream from Sephora
(I always prefer to use a product to rinse after make-up removal to remove away the last makeup traces)

As you can see the products are all from Sephora but not because they sent me them or they pay me to write about, just because I want to share with you my experience!

My routine often changes based on the needs of the skin and also because I like to try new products, this is which one I’m currently using and my skin is really clean and without traces of makeup when I go sleep!
